(1) In the case of organized crime, if the complainant or witness wants to make a statement or affidavit without mentioning his name or under a fictitious or symbolic name, the court shall give a statement or affidavit under a fictitious or fictitious name without revealing the real name of such person.
(2) In the case of a statement or affidavit according to sub-section (1), the same name shall be mentioned in the related missal, order or judgment of the case.
